I contacted Sean and his team for advice regarding the sale of property after inquiring extensively in the market and speaking with a number of agents. Right from the get go, Sean was very professional and set realistic expectations with regards to the transaction. They also had the best value proposition thus far in terms of their offering. Market factors like rising interest rate were against us and hence we needed to strategize to price the property accordingly. As the property was previously tenanted, I had to incur some expenses like painting and changing light fixtures and switches that were not up to ongoing standards. Once the maintenance work was completed, Sean’s team immediately got to work and did the photography and virtual tour the very next day.
