Melissa Bergmann has been by far the best agent we ever worked with. She was punctual and always greeted us with a smile. She is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and ready to help. She always answered our questions promptly either by text or by phone. I also loved how she carried shoe covers so we didn't had to take on and off our shoes. We saw over 30 homes in 2 weeks to find the perfect one. She was very flexible with our schedule and was ready to show us houses in different neighborhoods at any time. We had a tight deadline to find and move into a home within a month and she made it happen with her perseverance and negotiations skills. We are very happy with our new home. We aren't planning on moving anywhere anytime soon but if we do, we are definitely using Melissa again. We highly recommend her!
