Lena was a great realtor to work with. She was always very pleasant and professional. The one thing that could have been improved was explaining in more detail/having a conversation about the reasoning behind the initial listing price and what offers I should realistically expect. Other than that, I would recommend Lena.

The first time I worked with Ana from Team Elfassy was actually a few years ago when she helped me to buy my first home in Mississauga. The transaction went as amazingly as you could imagine - and although we did have to navigate through a couple of minor roadblocks that were outside of our control, Ana handled everything diligently and professionally.
