I would give Dave 1 million stars if I could. I turned to Dave and his team after my condo was listed for over 30 days with barely any showings. Dave was able to sell my property without any issues. Since Dave knew the market and my area very well he was able to guide me in the right direction. Dave worked very hard to generate offers and was a great help with negotiations. I will definitely use Dave and his team again in the future. Without any hesitation I would recommend Dave to my friends and family.

This is my first transaction with Dave as my real estate agent but not the last! He is extremely knowledgeable with the market trends and has fantastic negotiation skills! I ended up selling my home to the people who made the first offer because he was tenacious and worked that offer for a few days until I was happy with their number.
