Working with Sean from the Elfassy team has been very good. Overall he is communicative, adaptive and a reliable source of information. Even in these difficult market conditions Sean was able to effectively create a strategy and price my home; resulting in a very quick sale with a quick closing period. TLDR: I would definitely recommend Sean to someone looking to sell.

Sean Millar was exceptional to work with. Right from our very first meeting with Sean it felt like a great fit, he was just what we were hoping for in an agent. Honest, forthright, professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, always checking in with us as we were acting as executors to our mothers estate and dealing with the probate process. Then we all came up against the COVID-19 protocol right at the start of our listing. But he acted quick and brought us a solid offer within one week of hitting the market.
