THE EXPERIENCE WITH DALE RUSSEL WAS ALL POSSITIVE FROM START TO FINISH. FROM THE STARTING LISTING AND MEETINGS THROUGHOUT TO PROCESS DALE WAS UPFRONT AND EXPLAINED ALL DETAILS. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYONG WITH PAPERWORK AND CRUNCHING NUMBERS TILL ALL HOURS AND WEEKENDS TO TRY TO MAKE IT WORK FOR US AS WELL S THE BUYERS.
