I enjoyed working with Dale. I was remote to the property that he was selling for me. It was my Mom's townhouse as we had to move her into an assisted living facility in another city. My first contact was with Dale over the phone, then I meet his son, Andrew, who was also excellent. They took care of arranging professional house cleaners and carpet cleaners before they listed the property for us. This saved me a lot of time. I handed the key over to Dale's team and they took care of the rest of the process. Dale was very good to explain the steps along the way and made me feel comfortable that we made the right decision to reach out to him to ask for his help. I would highly recommend Dale Russell and his team, if you want to have a great real estate experience. Keep up the great work Dale! :)
