A couple years after my husband passed away I decided to downsize and contacted Dale. I thought I knew what I wanted but after looking at many different housing options, I was more confused than ever. Dale spent just over a year showing my anything I wanted to see. He was so incredibly patient with me and when I got discouraged he told me to stay the course, my forever home would be found. He was right, I did find the perfect home for me! I appreciated his knowledge of the community and his concern that I not purchase a property that may be subject to a future cash call. He could tell me something about every building I looked at! I enjoyed working with Dale. I was remote to the property that he was selling for me. It was my Mom's townhouse as we had to move her into an assisted living facility in another city. My first contact was with Dale over the phone, then I meet his son, Andrew, who was also excellent. They took care of arranging professional house cleaners and carpet cleaners before they listed the property for us. This saved me a lot of time. I handed the key over to Dale's team and they took care of the rest of the process. Dale was very good to explain the steps along the way and made me feel comfortable that we made the right decision to reach out to him to ask for his help.
