Colin was knowledgable, patient, and efficient with helping my mother and I find my first new home. We had been searching for a pre-sale that was both within my budget and suited both of our tastes. We were also keen on learning more about the market, the unit, and about home-owning in general. Not only did he help us find the right home, Colin helped us every step of the way and made me feel comfortable with the investment I was about to make. While our pre-sale in particular took at least 5 years to complete (the 2020 pandemic also delayed its completion date), Colin remembered to check in on us every year, and even helped me inspect my home the day we picked up the keys. I would absolutely recommend Colin as your realtor!

As I resides in Hong Kong, it was infeasible for me to complete the deal in person during the Covid-19 pandemic. Colin closely monitored the construction progress of my purchased flat and kept me updated at all times. He also provided assistance after the completion to do the inspection for me.
