Colin was the ultimate professional from the evaluation of our property to the end of our listing and securing the sale for us. Exceedingly polite, honest, no pressure, lots of great advice, he hired a professional photographer and included aerial photography, videos etc. When an agent represents a property they are an extension of the seller as well as representing the property. We felt any purchaser would be comforted in the manner Colin presents himself as well.

Colin is extremely helpful and a delight to work with. He is always willing to help out in any way possible and available anytime to answer questions or discuss different properties. I sold my place and bought another through Colin and both experiences were extremely smooth.
