Colin is extremely helpful and a delight to work with. He is always willing to help out in any way possible and available anytime to answer questions or discuss different properties. I sold my place and bought another through Colin and both experiences were extremely smooth.

He referred me to the right Mortgage Broker towards the end, who got the deal done, even though there several serious complications as I was overseas. Colin took his time to inspect the property for me, as I could not get to Canada, and he collected the keys. I don't know what I would have don't without him. All I can say is that I can highly recommend him as his services were above and beyond.
