We connected with Colin in 2019 to buy the property. Colin helped us with all the questions we had. We dropped the plan to buy the property for some time and connected with Colin again in 2021. It was a pre-sale property and I can say Colin is one of the reasons we were able to secure the unit for us. His contacts with the builder helped us to secure the unit when market was crazily busy. Every year we received personalized greeting cards from Colin. It was an amazing experience working with Colin. We would recommend Colin for all the assistance and help. Working with Colin was amazing! We are first time homebuyers and had many questions. Colin always went out of his way to explain things to us. He was always so quick to get back to us. He knew all the right questions to ask and what to look for when purchasing our pre sale. Once our condo was ready and we were given a move in date we were put into a potentially costly predicament and if it wasn’t for Colin’s help it could have been a disaster for my family.
