<p>I contacted Colin on short notice to assist with a presale purchase. He was quick to respond, supported me through the process as a first time home buyer and made himself available when I needed him. I had a lot of questions about the purchase and the market; Colin was ready and willing to go through all of them to ensure that I was comfortable. I recommend his services and would use him again in the future. Note - negotiation was not an option for this purchase so I can't say I put his skills to the test on that front.</p>
