Colin is a fantastic professional indeed! We met him for the first time and he explained things so patiently for us for almost an hour and he is knowledgeable in the real estate market. Colin helps us secure a presale condo in a timely fashion. Overall experience with Colin and really great, one small items I think can be improved is negotiation- but maybe there wasn’t much room for him to negotiate for us since it was a presale unit.

<p>We had the pleasure of working with Colin on a pre-sale condo. It was our first experience with him and won't be our last. Colin kept us up to date with the sales process and he was detailed on every aspect of the sale. His attention to detail and calm demeanor is definitely an asset that many realtors do not possess. He was thorough on explaining the features of the unit we were purchasing and there was never any feeling of being pressured or rushed. We have absolutely no issue referring him to our friends and family should they look to buy or sell any property.</p>

He was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. <p>I dont like real estate agents. I never have, but I will only deal with Colin for everything in the future. He was outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and thoroughly professional. Not only that, he tolerated me which is an amazing thing, because I get very short-tempered, gruff, and impatient when it comes to large purchases.</p> <p>Colin's knowledge and expertise went beyond real estate, as he was able to help us get good house insurance too, since he has insurance industry experience.</p> <p>Not to be too grandiose, but working with Colin was an amazing experience.
