<p>As this was our first investment purchase, my husband and I were nervous, especially about the appointment and how much our choosen unit was going to be priced at. Colin was calm, so we were calm as he had dealt with the company before and even new the lady we dealt with! We walked into our appointment, the price was lower than we expected and within minutes, the unit we wanted was ours!! We hope this will now lead to long and happy relationship friendship with Colin in the future as we pursue our investment plans.</p>

He was quick to respond, supported me through the process as a first time home buyer and made himself available when I needed him. I had a lot of questions about the purchase and the market; Colin was ready and willing to go through all of them to ensure that I was comfortable. I recommend his services and would use him again in the future. Note - negotiation was not an option for this purchase so I can't say I put his skills to the test on that front.</p>
