This really shows she knows the market well and pricing a home correctly is the key to driving traffic. There were other listings in the area that sat for months and still not sold. Everyone wants to get the most from their sale and Christy is able to find that balance between maximizing the return on sale without losing out on potential buyers if the home is priced too high.
