Christy went above and beyond she kept us informed through the whole process and was our biggest cheerleader when we were getting discouraged. I can't thank her enough for giving our family our new start.

I liked working with Christy. She made selling the house less stressful by providing a team to stage and photograph our house. She was personable and down to earth. It was clear that she worked for us by selling our home and negotiating a good price for our new home. She was always available by text or phone if you had a question. Finally she was able to easily sell our home in this uncertain market.

Christy was very professional throughout the whole process, very knowledgeable and great communication. We got multiple offers within the first day of listing. This really shows she knows the market well and pricing a home correctly is the key to driving traffic. There were other listings in the area that sat for months and still not sold. Everyone wants to get the most from their sale and Christy is able to find that balance between maximizing the return on sale without losing out on potential buyers if the home is priced too high.
