Christy did a fabulous job with this property, not an easy property to sell, a very small margin of people could afford this type of property. It also was dated and needed some upgrades however she was able to make a deal that suited us, I would recommend her and her team.

This was a difficult assignment given the economy, the house size and price and a limited number of buyers in Edmonton but Christy persevered and got the sale. Well done!
