This was the fourth time we’ve sold a home and by far and away Christy Cantera is the best agents we’ve dealt with. While contemplating relocating to another city, we took a while before we were ready to list. We were apprehensive about market conditions when we did chose to finally list. She provided good insight into the current situation. When an offer arrived, Christy was a masterful negotiator and guided us through the process.we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the sale of our home. She managed roadblocks like a pro, was responsive to our millions of questions (pre and post) and made us feel like VIPs. We needed an agent in Another city and Christy referred an outstanding agent to us to ensure we didn’t lose the momentum we had in the sale of our home. I can’t imaging things going any smoother and credit Christy and her team for a big part of that.

Christy was friendly and knowledgeable about the real estate process. The challenges of the pandemic made things a little interesting for us but Christy maintained strong communication throughout the process.

Christy is incredible. Our house had previously been on the market for four months, but in just over 24 hours of signing her on, she got a couple in that loved it and made us an offer! Her skills during the offer negotiation process were impressive. Since we had been on the market a while previously, the offer came in lower than we wanted and she negotiated back up very close to our list price. Even when the conditions were lifted, she helped us get the best deals on a crew to take care of some house repairs. Honestly can’t say enough good things about her - Christy goes above and beyond!

Christy and her team were great throughout the entire selling process. We were selling a home for the first time, and were uncertain about the whole process. She gave us advice that helped us to sell our home quickly and made it as stress-free as possible for us. We were also impressed with the amount of communication she provided. We were never left wondering what was happening with our listing and she was always available to answer our questions. We would highly recommend using Christy as your realtor. If we need to sell another house, we will go back to her without a second thought!
