As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing, and needed as much help as I could get. Christy made the entire experience seem so easy.

This is the second time Christy has sold a house for us. We were impressed the first time so asked her to sell again for us. She did an outstanding job during this difficult time. She helped us price it right to sell, used excellent photos,then kept us updated from sale to closing. We had an issue with the Real Property Report and Christy went above and beyond to deal with the builder, and the city to get us a new RPR. Would definitely call Christy again if we decide to move.

<p><br /> Selling an investment property in these difficult economic times can be challenging, selling one when you live out of province adds another level of stress and challenge both emotionally and geographically. Christy and her team grabbed the reigns as soon as our renters vacated our property and took charge starting with a property inspection, hiring trades to take care of those 'dings and dents', ordering all necessary documentation required for the sale of property, contacting local lawyers and listing it right away. We didn't even have to lift a finger, Christy did it ALL!!! One day after listing, Christy sold our property!! Unbelievable!! Christy was incredibly helpful with our home purchase especially since we were moving from out of province. She was able to help us narrow down our options and give us valuable information on some of the properties we were considering. Overall it was a great experience.
