Christy and her team helped us purchase our new home virtually. We were unable to visit Edmonton to look at houses due to the the border closure and Covid travel restrictions. Christy walked us through all of the houses we wanted to see via video chat, and did a great job pointing out details that weren't easily visible over the screen. She was easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Christy was very knowledgeable about various neighborhoods in Edmonton, as well as what work may be required in any of the homes we were interested in.
