I met Christine shortly after I arrived in Canada. As a new immigrant, I witnessed her journey from having nothing to building a successful career. When I first got to know her, she wasn’t even a realtor yet—just a young woman in her late twenties. She loved helping others. Back in the late 1990s, our English wasn’t very good, but she was always willing to help anyone struggling with the language—translating documents, assisting with people need help for parking tickets, or applying for EI, etc. she has the passion to help others. I guess that is why became so success in her realtor career. she got her real estate license in 2006. I watched her continuously invest in real estate with great returns, which inspired me to start investing in condos as well. Over the years, she has helped me and my families buy and sell several condos and townhouses, and every experience has been outstanding. I basically just handed her the keys, and she and her assistant took care the rest,they help us to find the cleaning company, referral great handyman, find us outstanding staging company, all cost effective. work with her it is stress free. For the most recent condo sale, the market was particularly tough. Christine proposed a marketing strategy that initially made us a bit nervous, but it turned out to work brilliantly. Her precise analysis and pricing strategy helped me sell my condo at $868 per square foot, while another unit in the same building that listed at the same time sold for only $818 per square foot. I think she’s truly amazing—not only did she help us achieve a higher price, but she also secured a quick closing for us cause our unit is vacant. All I want to say is: thank you Christine, you really did an good job. In my heart, you are always the best realtor in Toronto.

April 2025 I first met Christine approximately 1 year prior to listing my condo. Christine was excellent from the first time we met.
