This was the best experience I have had with a real estate agent ever. Extremely knowledgable in all aspects of housing. Invaluable experience about the construction of a home, building codes. Was extremely patient as we looked at several homes over a six months period.Quick to point out any deficiencies within the home, picked up on small details that I missed out on. I am a trades person, so I was very impressed with Christiaan’s well rounded knowledge. I would highly recommend Christian as he was extremely helpful from start to finish I did not feel any pressure from him to buy a specific house, and I greatly appreciated that.
