We cannot thank Christiaan enough for helping us to sell our place. It's not the first time that we used his services. We strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and sell realstate on Vancouver Island.

Our situation was slightly different, we were in town from Ontario to assist my sister-in-law. She was moving to a retirement home and needed help to sell her residence. My husband and I have gone through a number of real estate transactions in Ontario, mostly good, some with less desirable outcomes. We interviewed three agents, all well recommended. Christiaan’s experience, energy and frankness made him a stand out and we signed with him. The difficulties prepping the home for sale seemed almost insurmountable at times but all through it, Christiaan maintained his calm professional attitude, always finding solutions. Throughout the process, he gave far more of his time, energy and resources than any other agent we’ve ever worked with. Over a short period of time, the home was photo-ready. It listed and sold at full price in two days and I credit the lion’s share of that result to Christiaan’s guidance and never-ending assistance. Thank you, Christiaan.
