Christiaan was a great help in selling my condominium during my military appointed move. Due to the tight timelines of the move, buying a house and moving away from BC came before the actual sale of my condo. Christiaan helped with all of my stress by providing great and timely advice and expertise. He negotiated the right price for the sale of the condo and over saw the repairs required to ensure that sale. I would say he went above and beyond with this because he stayed in contact with the old strata and the developers as my representative ensuring they took responsibility for part of the repairs previously mentioned, all while I was away at my new home. I couldn't ask for a better agent, and would 100% give him a call if I were to ever move back to the Comox Valley area. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.

In a time when it seems like we are flooded with “realtors”, Christiaan is one of the few true realtors. He put in great effort and thought into selling our house and he made me feel like he was earning his commission unlike past “realtors” that just let the market conditions do the work for them and were nothing more than glorified buy and sell listings. Christiaan has shown and proven to be a sincere caring human being at a time when it was needed for the situation I was going through with a divorce and the sale of our house. I first met Christiaan thru recommendations from our mortgage broker when we bought our home. From that time it was apparent to me that he was an individual who Cared about the outcome of the sale, worked and extended his self to ensure our satisfaction. I am impressed with his knowledge of the local commercial real estate market, and appreciated how he communicated what I needed to know without deluging me with useless information. This helped me to make confident decisions. The process was smooth, as he kept in touch with me throughout the process, allowing for timely exchanges of documents.
