Christiaan was a great help in selling my condominium during my military appointed move. Due to the tight timelines of the move, buying a house and moving away from BC came before the actual sale of my condo. Christiaan helped with all of my stress by providing great and timely advice and expertise. He negotiated the right price for the sale of the condo and over saw the repairs required to ensure that sale. I would say he went above and beyond with this because he stayed in contact with the old strata and the developers as my representative ensuring they took responsibility for part of the repairs previously mentioned, all while I was away at my new home. I couldn't ask for a better agent, and would 100% give him a call if I were to ever move back to the Comox Valley area. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.
