<p>My husband and I purchased our first home with Che in September. Going into it, we were overwhelmed and had a million questions. From the very beginning, we were so impressed with Che's down to earth and relaxed personality. He wasn't pushy and super friendly and we really appreciated that. We could tell he knew what he was talking about and he was always willing to answer our questions. He responded quickly to us when we tried to contact him and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He listened to all our requests for our home and was really open to discussing potential problems or challenges that could arise with certain things. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase or sell another home with Che.</p>

<p>CHE is extremely available and willing to go everywhere to show properties. His response time is fast and he always replies to queries. He is professional, friendly and does not pressure or coerce. I trust him and would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy/sell a property</p>
