I even called upon Che to sell my parent's home. A great fixer-up home turned into a multiple offer situation. I've had tremendous luck and successes with Che. His instincts are top notch and he knows the market well. I recommend him to anyone who has a home to sell or to buy. Che is great to work with, answers all your questions, is an excellent communicator, is very reliable and above all, has your best interest at heart.</p>
