Che is very very knowledgeable and always answers his phone ,always gave me updates on market conditions , and what homes are selling for and what market conditions were doing , very happy.

Che is an absolute pleasure to work with. We worked to sell our home (and move to a new location), and Che was super patient, accommodating, and responsive over a multi-month process. With Che, we always received swift communication, tailored advice, no pressure, and felt like our interests were genuinely being cared for. As we worked to plan the sale of our home, Che was not afraid to ask for genuine thoughts with no punches pulled so he could work and do what was best for us. All that said, I think the best thing I can say is this: if I am looking to buy or sell a home in the future, you can bet I will work with Che again.

I noticed his name on a listing sign outside my condo building one day and then 2 days later a SOLD sign. I took note of his name and approximately a year later I contacted him. I was very impressed with his professionalism, he is great communicator. Kept me up to date on what was happening in the condo sells in my area.
