We are so grateful that we got in touch with Chelsea. We were looking for a property in the Ottawa area to call home but had no luck in the hot market. Chelsea was able to show us properties that met our wants and needs. She quickly understood what we were looking for. She was able to arrange for viewings and meetings effectively. Throughout the process of viewing, decision-making, putting in offers, bidding, and looking around - she kept us well-informed. She struck the perfect balance of giving us bits from her industry experience and also considering what we were looking for. I was very anxious about selling my home and moving during the pandemic, especially since I wasn't going to be in Ottawa for viewings, the close date, etc. I really needed to work with someone I could trust, and who could take the lead each step of the way. I found Chelsea's bio online, I was looking for a young, female, professional like myself, and she was that and so much more. She provided excellent advice and guidance and it was a joy to work with the contractors she recommended. In every case they had worked with her and her family since the company started. It made me fee like I was amongst friends and that I could be honest and transparent about any nerves or concerns. My home sold immediately and well above asking, all while I was out of town. She took our concerns and wants very serious and the whole experience was easy and put our minds at ease.
