<p>Chelsea nous a aider à acheter notre première maison et le service était fantastique comme prévue. Elle était toujours ponctuelle, professionnelle et avait toujours un grand sourire. Même avec covid-19, il n'y avait jamais un moment de stresse concernant les "viewings" et la communication (zoom meetings)!! Nous avons aucun doutes qui contacter pour nos prochaines achats/vented!! Chelsea was nothing short of awesome. As first time homebuyers we were nervous, anxious, exited, eager and every other emotion you can name; Chelsea understood the emotions of first time buyers and did a great job of not letting us get overexcited or discouraged at the appropriate times. She was very patient with the numerous questions we always had for her, and whenever we reached out to her she replied within minutes and was able make the time to set up meetings/calls very quickly to discuss our needs. It's clear that Chelsea knows the Ottawa market very well, and she has the maturity and self-awareness to reach out to more experienced members of her team and network to look for answers if she doesn't know something. All-in-all Chelsea was a very supportive resource to have during our first-time home buying experience anyone who gets the chance to work with her is going to be very lucky!

My boyfriend and I had such a great experience with Chelsea! She is friendly and professional. As first time home buyers she made us feel comfortable through every stage of the process and took time to answer all of our questions. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. We are new to Ottawa and she helped us understand the pros and cons of different locations in the city. I found the Hamre Realtor REMax by accident. I desperately searching for a realtor when I found a website giving information on what to look for when purchasing as well as what to do when selling. They shared so many information. I sent an email with my information and received a response from Chelsea Hamre the following day. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic I was unable to physically go see the house so she helped in me acquiring my home Virtually which in itself is risky. I am grateful for her help and professionalism.
