I recently purchased my first home with help and support from Channing C.. A real state agent who is prepared as a professional to guide and assist you throughout the whole process. The key details, communicating all the time respectfully and professionally. Channing was willing to facilitate and back my decisions at the time of negotiation which demonstrates his honesty and principle according to the status of the property and my personal situation. I already recommended him a couple of times to friends and colleagues.

Channing is always super professional. This time, I was on the selling end, vs. the buying end, and I had tenants renting the home I was selling. Channing made it extremely easy for tenants and I. He was very knowledgeable and took over communication between all parties. Everything was seamless. Channing was able to answer any questions I had and his communication via text, email or phone was superb. I will continue to work with Channing for all my real estate needs, both buying, selling or anything in between.

We cannot thank Channing enough for all the help and support he has given us in finding our first home. I was so impressed with Channing’s knowledge in every step of the process. He was always available for any questions we may have had and always gave great advise.
