My husband and I recently retained Channing Colley to act as our agent in the sale of our home. After being long time owners we were a bit apprehensive about the process. Once you have made a house a home it is unnerving to open it up to the review of strangers. Channing, right from our initial meeting worked to appease our feelings and gained our trust in not only the process but his professionalism. He took time to thoroughly explain each and every step and never asked us to sign a document that he did not fully and completely review and explain. The team he has built reflect the same level of professionalism. The staging consultant Lori was a pleasure to work with and her suggestions made absolute sense to us. The photographer Daylin took that portion to a whole other level of tech. Channing Colley you are number one in our book.

Channing was amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable, communicative and truly acted as a guide through the house buying process, and made it easy. I had what some might consider an impossible time frame, but despite that, Channing was able to find me the perfect location to relocate my salon! He was thorough, professional, and just overall a pleasure to work with! We will be using his services again when buying our house in the next year!
