This was my second purchase with Channing and once again he was top level of service! From the multiple visits we had at different properties to the endless questions we threw at him, he was ready with an answer. This was my first purchase of a home with septic and well, Channing walked us through and provided us with the great guidance. He set us up with choices for inspections, water testing and is very knowledgeable with old structures and the way things used to be and currently are constructed. His communication is excellent and thorough and he is a great person all around. I would highly recommend Channing and will continue to use him going forward.

This was our second time working with Channing on a property deal. He is our 'go to' person for real estate transactions in the HRM. We find Channing to be professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and he does not hesitate to go above and beyond to provide the best service. For example, we did this sale remotely and were not there in person, Channing handled everything for us on the ground and it was done as well as if we were there in person. I would not hesitate to recommend Channing to anyone looking for real estate services in the HRM.

When my brother passed away this year, I knew that one of the things that would be difficult for me was selling our family home. After reviewing his social media posts about selling houses, my husband suggested that we use Channing as our agent. From the initial meeting with Channing, I knew he was the right choice and that the sale of the house was in good hands. Channing took the time to learn about the home and its location in order to sell it quickly and effectively. In under a day, we had an offer on the house, and Channing guided me through the next steps of the sale with clear communication and understanding. He was open to answering any questions I had and kept the lines of communication open at all times. His step‑by‑step guidance was a big part of what made letting the house go easier than I thought it would be. Channing not only provided advice and guidance on the financial and legal aspects of selling a house; he also took the time to be mindful of the emotional side of the sale. From our initial appointment to the offer and eventually the closing, Channing checked in on how I was doing and showed that, in a sale such as this one, well‑being was a top priority. He showed compassion to my husband and me through his kind messages and support, and we will forever be grateful to him for that.
