We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brandon. We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Brandon, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. From start to finish he was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional. We have several friends looking for homes and we always recommend Brandon to them.

Highly recommended. Brandon Gee-Moore assisted me in the sale of a newer rental property condo near Brentwood in Burnaby, BC just before Christmas (2021), and I have rarely been as impressed with someone as I was with him. Brandon was a true professional from start to finish and is one of those rare breeds of people who actually does what he says he will. Not some of the time, but all of the time. And is humble and down to earth to boot. With an infectious, positive attitude, and fun to do business with. Every obstacle (and there were a few along the way) was met with a 'can-do' attitude, and a solution that moved us all along. Brandon follows up leads on his website in a timely manner (to get your business, a good start), comes fully prepared to buyer or seller 'meet and greet' meetings, and I found him to have excellent knowledge of current market conditions and current market selling prices. He uses good professionals (such as photographers), manages the showings and sales processes professionally, and closes win-win deals. In my case as a seller, we had three full price offers within a week (in the slow period of Nov 16-30 just before Christmas 2021), that all fell through for various reasons (financing turned down, etc). Not to worry, we got a fourth full price offer, and that sealed the deal. I enjoyed working with Brandon, and found him to be a true professional, and I would highly recommend him to any friends or associates, or others just looking for a good broker, on either the buying or selling side. My experience with Brandon was first class, 10/10, with no reservations.

My husband and I engaged Brandon this past year to assist us with the purchase of our first house in the Metro Vancouver search area. As any first-time home buyer can attest to, this can be an overwhelming and defeating process in what was a very aggressive sellers market at the time. When we did finally come across "the one", which was slightly outside of our price range, Brandon's approach to be firm yet patient during the negotiation stage paid off in our favour and we secured the property under asking. To this day, we're still amazed that it worked out the way it did, and are grateful to Brandon for making it happen. Brandon's commitment to work for his clients, passion for the business, and likeable demeanor makes him a solid realtor for anyone looking to buy/sell their home. Highly recommend!

As first time home buyers, he really went above and beyond by answering our numerous questions, assuring us that things are doing well, always very responsive, and also made the entire process such a breeze.
