Working with Brandon gave me confidence in navigating through the purchase of my first home. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate and common housing build practices of the Vancouver area. He gave lots of tips about features and factors related to the property location, build material, amenity access, and potential future costs that I never even considered. Most importantly, however, he was always available to promptly answer any questions I had via phone, email, or text. I always had a clear understanding of the current and upcoming milestones of the process, from the beginning to close.
