Brandon is a professional real estate agent and I highly recommend working with him! He helped me buy a one-bedroom condo in 2022. He is very professional and also extremely helpful in all steps. He advised me to get pre-approved for the mortgage which gave me a good reasonable mortgage rate during the interest rate hike. He always sent me new condo listings in my interest area (west Coquitlam and Burnaby). As a first-home buyer, I had many questions and he was very patient and responded very quickly. Brandon was Great! We found someone we could really trust. Searching for a home can be draining but Brandon kept us on track. He made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. His experience and expertise never got in the way of him and his caring demeanor which made the whole intimidating process of buying and selling so much easier. And always after discussing an important topic, he would go and prepare an offer or prepare necessary documents right away which game me the ability to sell my place in a dwindling market and get into my dream condo when the chances were slim due to popularity. He comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience specific to real estate as well as recommendations regarding all the procedures that are involved in buying and selling.
