After being recommended by a work colleague, we had the pleasure of having Ben assist us during our first home purchase. Ben was the absolute best, extremely patient and did great research, finding us exactly what we needed at the price point we could afford. I could not have asked for a better experience. He clarified all our questions and gave insightful advice during all parts of the process. Highly recommend him. We are very lucky to have him as a family friend now as well :)
