Ben was professional and quick to act in listing our house and executing the marketing plan. The brochure hard copy and digital information drew instant interest and resulted in a line up at our open house. Ben was available and attentive in stick handling an offer that was contingent on a home inspection. We felt that the exposure our home received from listing with Ben and the offer we ultimately got were a result of his due diligence, competence and over all knowledge of the industry.
