Ariel Buenaventura was professional at all times. He gave us Market Evaluations on the property we wanted to sell, by showing us similar homes sold in the area. He was truthful on what he thought a realistic price the home would sell for. The whole process was fast and efficient and we came very close to what we thought the house would sell for.
