As a first time home buyer, the process can be very intimidating and overwhelming but Ariel's guidance made the whole experience very smooth. He was super responsive throughout the property hunt and was very patient answering any questions I had, no matter how minor. He clearly understands the current market trends and was very straight forward with the expectations, without sugarcoating any facts. If you're looking for someone to guide you through any real estate transaction, Ariel's your guy. Would highly reccommend to anyone.

Ariel made home buying enjoyable. He went above and beyond for us. He took us through houses virtually and in person. He gave us the space we needed to form our own opinions and assisted us when we had questions or pointed our things we may have missed. We never felt rushed in any homes and the weekend we came to see houses he made himself completely available. He was very responsive to any questions we had, to the extent of researching and seeking out the answer if he didn’t have it off hand. He was able to reassure us when we seemed overwhelmed and was invested in our house hunting. We will definitely use Ariel in the future on house purchases and would recommend him to anyone looking.
