I sold a house in the NE area and Ariel ensured that this house was ready for the market by doing a walk through. Any issues with the house were addressed and resolved. Ariel educated me on selling prices in the surrounding area and the real estate market outlook for the next half year thereby helping me make an informed decision on selling price, the best time to sell and any future considerations that I may have to make. Ariel was able to sell my house in a short amount of time in a competitive housing market. I was able to get the price I was looking for and I am pleased with the exceptional service he provided, He answered any questions I had and his response time was immediate. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I would also call him again if I need a realtor for myself.
