Andrew was really amazing! He really had my best I retests at heart, and helped me through the whole buying process. He treated both me and my two kids with respect and made sure to answer any and all questions any of us had. He was always available and took the time to go over everything thoroughly do we fully understood everything. He made the negotiating easy. Andrew made a stressful situation enjoyable. I'm very glad that I chose Andrew as my real estate agent when I recently purchased my home. I had randomly chosen agents from MLS listings on the few occasions in the past when I required an agent, and this time when I chose Andrew there was an obvious improvement. Andrew recently represented me on the sale of my downtown Winnipeg condo while I was in the middle of a work relocation to Toronto. Andrew goes completely above and beyond to take the stress out of selling a home, which was a huge help to me given I was spending nearly all of my time in Toronto throughout the entire process. He’s prompt, professional and extremely responsive. I was impressed with how quickly Andrew gets everything done without losing focus on the details. He utilizes a great photographer/videographer, and his narration in the video compliments it very well. Not to mention the turnaround time is very fast. He does all of this with minimal disruption. During the negotiation phase, Andrew explained everything extremely well and made sure I understood any of the nuances before I made a decision on something. His advice was critical to me in negotiating and accepting the offer. Andrew doesn't disappear once an offer is signed either, he is with you to and through the closing process. Overall Andrew has been fantastic to work with. He operates with the utmost integrity while balancing the unique needs of his client. He represents exactly what I look for in a realtor and I would confidently recommend him to anyone.
