My husband and I met Andrew through our son. He was looking to purchase his first house and we were all impressed by Andrew’s professionalism. There was no doubt in our mind that we would be choosing Andrew as our realtor when we were looking to buy a condo. We believe it’s Andrew’s personality and amazing customer service that makes him a top-rated realtor. He is always caring, calm, friendly and makes himself available at anytime. We always appreciated his advice and background experience and he answered all our questions during the whole process. He works hard for you and puts in a lot of effort and time. We know his negotiating skills were critical in us getting our condo. 5 stars are not enough. We were lucky to have found a wonderful realtor who made us feel like we weren’t just another client but a friend who wanted to see us be happy! We have already recommended him to many.

From doing research on all of the condos I wanted to see, to suggesting different strategies for offers, Andrew always had my best interest in mind!

Andrew was very good at walking us through the whole home buying process as first-time home buyers. He really understood what we wanted in a house and was always looking out for our best interests. He would always give us a broad range of information and strategies and never tried to push us in a specific direction. He always did thorough research on the homes we were interested in to make sure they were good for us before we even arrived at the home. Andrew made our first-time experience simple and enjoyable.
