My wife and I were relocating to Winnipeg from Brandon for a work promotion in October 2018, and Andrew was recommended from a Mutual friend. We reached out and he helped us with our first purchase. We then had some changing needs about 18 months later and because of our experience, we reached out to Andrew again, to help us sell and buy. Needless to say we listed just as the pandemic started and we felt that this was not going to go well. Andrew kept us informed, positive, and pulled every string he could to get us showings, and eventually delivered the sale. He showed us several places that met our needs and area we were looking for, he was always available when we needed him, and finally found our new home in Winnipeg. Knowledgeable, professionalism, caring, and dependable are words that I think about when I think of Andrew. From doing research on all of the condos I wanted to see, to suggesting different strategies for offers, Andrew always had my best interest in mind!

Andrew was very good at walking us through the whole home buying process as first-time home buyers. He really understood what we wanted in a house and was always looking out for our best interests. He would always give us a broad range of information and strategies and never tried to push us in a specific direction. He always did thorough research on the homes we were interested in to make sure they were good for us before we even arrived at the home. Andrew made our first-time experience simple and enjoyable.

Was on top of any upcoming issues and alerted us to things we hadn’t thought of. As a result we managed to sell our house extremely fast, even in a pandemic market.</p>

Andrew went above & beyond to help us buy our new home and sell our current one. Even with the current pandemic he was always quick to reply to any questions and concerns we had, communication through email, text and phone were always professional.
