Andrew has been patient helping us sell our home and also looking to purchase a new home. He has been upbeat and informative during the entire process while making us feel heard every step of the way. In no way has he ever made us feel like a burden or an obligation and that made this process so much easier. It is a tough time to buy or sell a home and he makes the process so much easier to digest. I am very lucky to have met Andrew and had him as my agent. Strongly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy (or just have a great conversation with!).

I met Andrew approximately 7 years ago through a real-estate transaction. He wasn't my agent at the time. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the area and my home that the businesse card stayed in my phone. We passed his name on to family and he never disappointed them. For myself to house selling and house hunting he has come through every time. This last time of selling my home was hard. I leaned on Andrew allot to guide me . As it was a trying time. His patience was unwavering. He guided me perfectly into what I would call the sweet spot of pricing. He succeed, exactly as he predicted. We got asking and above . Who could ask for anything more. We recently bought our second home and decided to try a new agent from our last. At recommendation from a close and trusted friend, we met Andrew. I have not experienced a more outstanding man, let alone agent. Andrew has been incredibly attentive, kind and professional. I haven’t seen a level of professionalism in any field in years. As he took us through the process of discovering and fine tuning our wants in a new home, he also had immense patience and understanding. After seeing how exceptional he was with them, we decided to use Andrew this past summer to sell our home. Andrew made the entire process incredibly easy and took extra steps that many realtors don’t like having professional photographs and video taken , and a lot more. Our listing looked amazing and we were blown away by his hard work and knowledge . Our home sold within 5 days with multiple offers . Andrew walked us through every step of the closing process and even after closing he followed up to make sure everything was ok. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience .
