Alex was fantastic! He helped us find a home virtually and coordinated with my family in the area. He was flexible and showed us many homes in different parts of Ottawa in a short period. He helped us by researching about tenants and helped us pick a great home for us.

Alex was recommended to us by a friend and did not disappoint. We had to buy virtually due to covid/work restrictions and Alex made every effort to accommodate our unique situation. He either live streamed showings to us or made his own video walkthroughs of over a dozen potential homes we had selected. He was patient and helpful throughout the process even as we put in offers on multiple homes and lost to significantly higher bids outside of our budget. In the end, when we finally secured a home through a pre-emptive offer, Alex's strategy and advice saved us tens of thousands of dollars. We highly recommend Alex and will definitely use him again.

Alex listens to both verbal and non verbal queues. This is so very important in real estate. I will happily work with Alex again.
