He even responds to my text at 12 a.m. (I am not recommending you text him in the middle of the night though :-)) I enjoyed working with Alex. What a pleasure it was for me to find Alex and have him assist me with my new home purchase in Carleton Place. Buying or selling, this process is chalk full of emotion and anxiousness. Alex is a people person with emotional intelligence and is able to read his client with an aim to let them know he understands and is on this ride with them. He has great enthusiam, is calm during negotiations, doesn't tolerate any inaccuracies, ensures he has answered all your questions and provided information you hadn't considered. He is very well presented, dresses impeccably and next level in his videos in comparison to any others I have seen. I believe he can adjust to any type of client. For me attitude is a gift. He has a great attitude and really made me confident in my decisions. He's available at all times with immediate responses and must have very understanding and supportive friends and family to do what he does.
