How to make one of your most important financial decisions? Step 1: decide on real estate Step 2: find a realtor…Stop here and choose Alex! This about sums it up. We planned a complex move from Toronto to Ottawa with 2 kids, a dog and in a very limited time frame! The best decision (apart from picking our future home) was choosing Alex. From day 1, Alex guided us, planned out a marathon of homes (24 in 2 days!!) and spent the whole time managing our nerves and providing us with sound advice. Spending 2 full days with someone and being “on duty” for so many straight hours isn’t an easy feat. Piece of cake for Alex, who kept a smile throughout (even endured countless annoying dad jokes while redirecting the focus on key elements). For all this (finding our future home, guiding us through the process, finding us contractors, helping us navigate a new city, providing tips and tricks and etc…) a HUGE THANK YOU
