I am so appreciative of the incredible and thoughtful experience with Wasim. From the very beginning of the process he sent down and took the time to understand what it is exactly my family and I were looking for. He recommended different methods of being able to achieve that. A strong negotiation skills at the time of the offer really impressed us and we were able to get the property wanted for $75,000 less than what the sellers wanted. I highly recommend him on his team.
