Warren was very knowledgeable about the property at 2021 Easthill that I was interested in. He guided me through the entire process. His friendly and personable demeanour makes you feel so welcome when buying a home. Warren is very knowledgeable about the property he is selling. Even though I did not get the property because of financial issues due to current Canadian mortgage qualification standards he even took the time to contact me and even say how sorry he was I wasn’t able to get the home I wanted. This is a real estate agent with heart and who goes that extra mile for his clients. When I do choose to try and purchase a home I will use Warrens expertise! As a person with high anxiety, a major decision like this was put at ease when having a great professional like Warren guide you through the process!
