I could not possibly write a review that captures just how pleased we were to have chosen to work with Warren to sell our acreage outside of Dundurn, Saskatchewan. Warren Ens is an excellent agent: I can't imagine finding anyone better to work with, on any level. Warren was warm, kindly, and sensitive to our situation. He listened to what we needed. He explained his philosophy and approach well. He presented as a person who knows real estate, who strives for perfection, prioritizes good relationship, and embodies integrity. He was highly responsive, and his answers to our questions were both reassuring and sensible. He ensured that we were well prepared to list, first by making sure that we had the right listing price, and second by advising us well on what needed to be addressed and what did not. His due diligence on both fronts paid off, quite literally, saving us significant time and money. His demeanour as he helped us navigate offers and negotiations was so reassuring - he never pressured us, assured us that the right offer would come in, and helped us seal the deal when it did. Working with him made a huge difference to us financially. Equally important to us, though, was the difference he made by making a difficult process as easy and stress-free as it could possibly be. Knowing that he was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every detail was addressed to perfection significantly reduced our workload and anxiety. This was invaluable.
