A 10/10. The best in the valley. Troy has been our realtor over the past 10 years. He is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but goes out of his way to ensure his clients needs are met. He was at every single showing and sold our home in a very tough Okanagan market. He made himself available to ensure if any questions were asked he was here to answer and represent the home and clients in the most accurate way. We believe with this method, he was paramount in selling our home. Would highly recommend Troy - he will never disappoint. He definitely gets results!!!!!

Troy has been amazing to work with in our purchase of a Property. From the beginning we were sent listings within the areas we were interested in. Most of our process has been from out of province and Troy was great with the communication, accessing the information we needed to move ahead and sharing his knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods. The facetime walkthrough was very helpful. He worked hard with the negotiations and to get us a fair price. We would highly recommend contacting Troy for your Purchase or to sell your home!
